After Sale Policy
Thank your for selecting our products. In order to satisfy you through our services, we advise you to read the related service clause seriously as follow:
1: Supply Replacement Service with 30days
Within 30 days from the date receiving the goods (buyers have to send back the return receipt document by mail or by fax to us after receiving the products, if we do not receive, the buyer bear full responsibility), seller should supply the replacement service, with the following conditions:
(1). A complete product warranty card, Product Certification, and other accessory should be needed.
(2). Within one month from the date receiving the products, according to our user manual (not man-made factor), the products can not bright successfully,(includes the led units went bad largely, the light obviously turn darken, the converter or power supply can not work normally, etc).
(3). There was no significant wear and tear or scratch on the surface of the products, and lab should be there.
2. Supply ONE to three-Year free warranty
(1). Scope of warranty: From date of the contract signed, all our LED lighting supply one to three-year warranty.
(2). During the free warranty Period, we supply the service of repairing the bad units and power supply or converter and repplacing the units or power supply.
We will supply the spare parts for buyer to satisfy emergency needs, which should be according to the specific volume of orders.
All the bad goods which are confirmed need to send back to us, we will give free maintenance and bear the freight charge.
As the man-made causes of the buyer or caused by the improper use of mild adverse effects, some of the emergence of necrosis, can be provided maintenance services (whether charges or not, seperate discussion), but does not bear any costs arising from transport.
Exceed the free warranty, the seller will provide paid services.
3. Maintenance training services
(1). We will provide maintenance services by CD or manual to the buyer, or the buyer should send technical personnel to participate a two-day installation and maintenance training. After the expiration of learning, technical personnel should take an examination, and the successful candidates will be issued qualification certificates.
(2). The seller will provide guidance to the buyer maintenance manuals, maintenance must be pre-read and in strict accordance with the maintenance manuals to guide the operation.
4. For life support services
All the products we supply will provide technical services for life, customer can consult the using of products and maintenance by a variety of forms such as telephone, E-MAIL, etc.
5. Process for requirement of products return and exchange
(1). Any return of exchange of the LED bad units, LED tubes, or power supply (or converter) should be getting the application and approval from our company, otherwise the buyer bear the lossess caused by the return. (please download the application form here)
(2). When customer fill out applcation forms, the form should be in strict accordance with forms content, incomplete will not be given approval.
Ⅱ. Examination and Approval
Our Customer Service will do examination and approval then give feedback to customers within three working days
Ⅲ. Requirement of products return and exchage:
(1). Make sure to return the products for a reasonable classfication of packaging, to prevent further damage caused by the transport, otherwise the losses caused by the unreasonable package should be responsible of customers.
(2). Returned to the certification of products, models and accessories must be affixed to complete, if there are no certificate or certificate altered, the back of the cargo will be dealing as exceeding warranty.
(3). How to deal with
Within three working days, after checking with customers about the receipt list and we will respond to customers about delivery times.
(4). The freight charge
The return caused by our company, we will bear all the freight charge. But before confirmation, customers need to pay in advance.
Ⅰ. The following took place, can not provide quality:
(1). Natural disasters (such as floods or earthquakes), pests, war, vandalism, theft;
(2). As the buyer shall not be treated or man-made reasons for the use of light caused by the large beads of power or burned in large quantities, such as burn negative consequences, the seller does not assume any responsibility to be the replacement of parts required to charge.
Ⅱ. Warranty period in the following circustances, the Company may refuse services or , where appropriate, to collect materials and service charges.
(1). Can not provide a formal certificate to buy;
(2). Missing parts;
(3). Unauthorized modifications to products;
(4). There are burning, broke mark on the products;
(5). Any suspicious or improper use of man-made damage.
